We can help you make quick, deep, long lasting changes at the neurological level, meaning that the changes will be automatic and mostly unconscious, so you don't really have to think about them.

  • Do you take anyone on as a client?
    We don't always take people on as clients, if after the consultation, we don't think they are ready or willing to make changes in their life, we may have to decline to taking them on as a client, As it requires desire and commitment by both parties. We will be working together as a team, towards an outcome. "If you definitely want to make positive changes in your life, then we definitely want to help you"

  • What's involved in the first session?
    The first session gives us the opportunity to set a well defined outcome for you, to find out from you what's making it so difficult for you to change, or progress. We will find a way of moving you from an unresourceful state, to a resourceful state, from what you don't want, to what you want, and finding the resources you already have, to gather other important information which will enable us to personalise a program specifically for you and your needs. And to assess whether NLP, or Hypnosis, is going to be the best way forward for you. To explain all about NLP and hypnosis, what to expect during and after the session, and it gives you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have

  • What can I expect after the first session with you?
    We believe this session alone will allow you to see the world differently, and may change your life forever. This session is your chance to put us to the test. So expect to feel uplifted, positive, more focused, and motivated towards your desired outcome

  • How many sessions will it take?
    Depending on the information gathered on the first session, we will put a program together for you, this could be just one more session, if it is more, expect a 2 week gap between sessions. We promise not to string out the sessions. We will be determined to help you make the changes necessary, for you to achieve your outcome in the shortest possible time

  • How much will it cost?
    The investment in yourself is less than a call- out charge for a plumber. Which is kind of ridiculous when you really think about it.   • How quickly can I expect to notice changes?
    Immediately, although the levels you may notice vary between sessions, and this is normal as the sessions are designed to work at different neurological levels. Some of which have a more noticeable impact than others. Some work at a very unconscious level, and sometimes other people close to you may notice the differences before you do

  • Do you follow a set of values, moral or ethical guidelines?
    Yes we certainly do, we have a set of beliefs that are like principle guidelines. Here are a few beliefs that help the work that we do with our clients become much more effective. Firstly, we would like to assure you that we do not look at clients as broken, or in need of fixing, we see the client's behaviours, strategies or thought patterns, as the problem, not the person themselves. Secondly, we will not judge you in any way, except that you are doing the best you can with the choices and resources available to you at any given moment. We will ask you questions, and because there are no right or wrong, good or bad answers to any of the questions you can answer them as openly and freely as you want. Thirdly, we can also assure you that we will do our best to make the whole experience fun, enjoyable, relaxing and even educational for you. Fourthly, we promise that we will not pressurise you in anyway into making any decisions or bookings at any time, because this has to be your decision and we will only work with you, if you convince us that you really and truly want to make positive changes in your life

  • What's the difference between therapy and coaching?
    Sometimes people find it difficult to describe the difference between coaching and therapy, we explain it this way to simplify things. Coaching is forward planning, goal setting, and structured detailed steps towards a better future. Therapy is resolving, changing, or healing anything from the past, that is holding you back from moving forward to the life you deserve

  • What's the difference between life coaching and calm coaching?
    Briefly, the difference is that as a life coach we can help you plan a well defined, detailed outcome, to make steps towards your desired future, and as calm coaches, we can also help resolve/dissolve any barriers/blocks, or problems, you may have, either from the past, present or the future, that could hold you back, so you can really enjoy the process and your progress

  • Do I need therapy or coaching?
    We won't know the answer to that until we speak to you, although if our overall experience with clients in general is anything to go by, it could be a mixture of both, just remember that you are NOT broken or in need of fixing, you are working perfectly well, it's just the old behaviours, strategies or thinking patterns you're running that are not working for you

  • What sort of guarantees do you have?
    We promise you we will not pressurise or coerce you into doing anything you don't want to do, to take you out of your comfort zone, or to make any commitments, as this goes against our morals and values. If for any reason by the end of any fully paid session you are not satisfied that we gave you 100% care, attention and compassion, we will give you your money back. If in the unlikely event you feel that you didn't benefit in any way from the session, let us know directly after and we will book the next session 'free of charge'.

  • What do I need to get started?
    Motivation, this is the measure of how much you want to bring change into your life, it is the most important factor of all, are you truly ready for change? Are you sick of how things have been? .... And if you are looking forward to feeling strong, focused and in control, and you are willing to do something about it now, your motivation should be high, and together we will drive it up even higher to keep the momentum going. Self-belief, this is the degree to which you believe, deep inside, that you are worthy and deserving of the good things you are about to bring into your life. Without it you will sabotage and resist these good things. Your self-belief may not be high, but what's really important at this stage, is that you are willing to increase it. Self-discipline, this is a vital quality because when the going gets tough it will be your self-discipline that keeps you moving forward. It's easy to be enthusiastic, to work hard and go for it when things are going well, but change mostly involves a certain amount of discomfort. There will be days when you don't feel like trying, or you may have a setback. At these times it's important that you keep going and self-discipline will be your ally. Willingness to change, this is about being willing to change yourself and everything you know, including things that you have believed about yourself and the world all your life. This challenge is necessary to create new ways of thinking and being, and to allow a vast new range of possibilities into your life

    We would be delighted to come to you, many people find that they can relax better and feel more secure in the comfort and privacy of their own environment. There may be a small charge for travelling expenses depending on time and distance
